An ancient form of Chinese tea – Oolong Ginseng from the Fujiian province with an additive of Ginseng. It’s produced in a unique way – by leaving the wilting leaves in the sun to dry. It lookes like little green-coloured pebbles, which open fully in hot water. Besides the well known benefits of Oolong tea, this particular one is riched by the incredible properties of Ginseng, which has a positive impact on human vitality and libido. It also has a lot of antioxidants and due to the presence of vitamin C and Theine, it’s very refreshing and energising. The brew is jonquil and slightly sweet.
Advice: the leaves expand fully in hot water and can become 3 times bigger – therefore it is adviced to let the leaves float loosely. You can brew up to 3-5 min. in temperature around 90°C, then separate the leaves from the infusion. One amount of leaves can be brewed even 5 times ( it’s advised to infuse a bit longer with every brew)
