Premium quality organic Pu-Erh tea from Dongzhai gardens in Yunnan province in China. Deeply fermented in non-enzymatic type of fermentation, then dried and matured for six years in wooden caskets. Provides an intense and earthy brew with barky aftertastes.
Teas grown in Dongzhai are free of pesticides, chemicals and artificial manures. Therefore Dongzhai – as one of just a few tea gardens has received a Certificate of Biological Clarity, which is being granted by independent research centres from Europe.
“Fairbiotea” comes under europenian regulations of organic certificates (according to the Council regulations (WE) No. 834/2007 – 28.06.2007) and American NOP (National Organic Program).
You can brew up to 2-5 min. in temperature around 95°C, then separate the leaves from the infusion. One amount of leaves can be brewed even 3 times (it’s advised to infuse a bit longer with every brew).
