Bai Hao Yinzhen called “Silver Needle” is the best and most expensive variation of organic white tea produced in Fujian province (in the districts of Zheng He and Fuding). It’s made only with the very first leaves of the tea plant, which are still curled.
The taste is delicate, refreshing and slightly sweet.
You can brew up to 5-7 min. at 75-85°C, then separate the leaves from the infusion. One amount of leaves can be brewed even 2-3 times (it’s advised to infuse a bit longer with every brew).
