Original Chinese black tea from Feng Qing region in Yunnan Province. Also known as “Dian Hong”, it’s the most famous tea in the world.
Has a slightly resinous and earthy, but honey-like aftertastes. Because of it’s quality it’s flavour is richer and more delicate what makes it one of the best black teas.
Brew using water just after boiling and leave to infuse for 2-3 min. (stimulates), or 4-5 min. (relaxes), then separate the leaves from the infusion.
