I wish this review system would let me put in 3.5 stars. But overall- it’s not about how good or bad a product is, it’s about personal preferance. This product is a *very* gentle infusion, which reminds me of the less common “white teas” I’ve had in the past.
Personally, the issue there, is that I like my tea to have a much bolder flavor, and if you follow the instructions, this will have a much stronger aroma than flavor. This is not however, a bad thing- however I am compelled to try to make it with larger and larger amounts of it to get a stronger flavor, or longer periods of time/higher heats, which result in it getting rather astringic and tannin heavy, as green teas do.
Overall, I think this is a high quality product- that simply isn’t “my cup of tea”. Still excited to try more and more of the range here!
