Forest Honey is made from the nectar of wild plants of the Temperate Climate Zone forests with addition of flowers from surrounding fields and meadows. It’s one of the most aromatic honeys with a great nutritional value, is recommended for therapeutic or prophylactic use, for both children and adults. It’s claimed to be the best honey to use in pollen allergies curing, due to the widest amount of different pollen. Since it contains some of the tree saps and resins, it has higher anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
Because of it’s high glucose content is recommended in diseases of the heart, blood vessels and liver. The honey is used in the prevention and treatment of influenza, the common cold and respiratory diseases. It is recommended for children and adults for daily consumption, especially in the states of physical and mental exhaustion of the body.

Honeydew Honey is a sweet secretion produced by the Aphids and contains processed sap of various plants. The honeydew that is expelled lands on leaves, branches, needles, or even on the ground under the plant. This substance is coveted by other creatures, including ants and bees. Although honey bees prefer floral nectar, during times of dearth—especially in the late summer—they will often collect the honeydew, transport it in their honey crop, and process it just like nectar. Honeydew honey is recommended for people suffering from diseases of upper respiratory system, the urinary system, bile ducts and joints.
