Long Jing (Lung Ching) comes from small Chinese ecological plantations. Its subtle and gentle flavour is one of the softest among Green Tea. Its fame and prestige in Chinese culture can be only compared to the wines from Bordeaux on French market. The name Long Jing means Dragon Well. Awarded with Ecological Purity Certificates – BIO and USDA ORGANIC

Brewing:
– Use water with temperature around 60-70°C and 1 tsp of tea per cup
– Leave to infuse for 2-3 min.
– Separate the leaves from the infusion.
– If you wish you can brew it up to 3 times (it’s advised to infuse a bit longer with every brew).
