Matcha – organic powder is Japanese premium quality green tea traditionally ground in stone mortars to a fine powder. It’s rather sharp astringent taste and digestive properties makes it a perfect brew not only for the ceremonial use but to be a  healthy addition in daily diet.

Brewing:
– Place 1g of the powder in a matcha bowl
– Add 100ml  of water (60-70°C) and beat with a whisk until frothy.
