Kenya GFB OP1 Milima is an original tea from Kericho district in Kenya. The acronym in its name refers to its grading and stands for  Golden Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe First Flush. It’s high quality is best shown by the golden tips among other leaves which are traditionally crushed. Gives intense orange brew with rich, earthy and slightly barky aroma.

Brewing:
– use water just after boiling and 1 tsp of tea per cup.
– leave to infuse for 2-3 min. (stimulates),
or
– 4-5 min. (relaxes)
– separate the leaves from the infusion.
