Camomile herbal tea made of “The king of herbs”  has anti-inflammatory, antiphlogistic, anti-allergic, and anti-bacterial properties also being spasmolytic and sedative. Aside from having mental calming properties, It can ease menstrual cramps and back aches, as well as relax the digestive system to ease upset stomach or indigestion issues.

Brewing:
– Use water with temperature around 95°C and 1 -2 tsp of tea per cup
– Leave to infuse for 7-10 min.
– Separate the leaves from the infusion.
