Nettle herbal tea leaves have beneficial effect on the processes of detoxificating and strengthening the body, supporting the immune system. Can be used on daily basis helps to get rid of excessive water from organism and protects liver and kidneys.

Brewing:
– Use water with temperature around 95°C and 1 -2 tsp of tea per cup
– Leave to infuse for 7-10 min.
– Separate the leaves from the infusion.
