– Japan Bancha – Organic Green Tea –
Organic Bancha green tea is produced in Japan using processing methods including ironing the leaves flat. Its leaves are large and dark. As a brew it’s astringent and vibrant with refined aftertaste which makes it a perfect drink to accompany meals. The great properties are achieved not only with processing methods but with care that it’s farmed with on certified organic plantations.
Brewing:
– Use water with temperature around 60-70°C and 1 tsp of tea per cup
– Leave to infuse for 2-3 min.
– Separate the leaves from the infusion.
– If you wish you can brew it up to 3 times (it’s advised to infuse a bit longer with every brew).
