Brewing:
– use water just after boiling and 1 tsp of tea per a cup.
– leave to infuse for 2-3 min. (stimulates),
or
– 4-5 min. (relaxes)

This is a very tasty blend featuring those Marzipan and perhaps, sherry like notes and flavors? It smells a lot like what you’d expect from a fruitcake, but isn’t overpowering about it. It has a sweet, heady perfumed sort of scent- and a warm Christmasy kind of overall vibe. It’s really nice for dunking things in, particularly more plain biscuits that don’t interrupt it’s flavor or smell.
I feel like some of it’s elements get lost in the blend, I’m not really sure I notice a flavor or orange peels or roses in there, but maybe they contribute in a way I can’t detect. And I’m not sure if I taste a lot of actual “tea” flavor in it, but it’s hard to say whether that’s a ” bug or a feature”.
Regardless, this is a fun mix to try, especially if you love those traditionally Holiday type smells!
