Pollen is the most valuable plant product, comprising: proteins, amino acids, simple and complex sugars, fats, flavonoids, carotenoids, vitamins and minerals. It contains 20-25 amino acids and proteins of which the most important are arginine, lysine, glutamic acid,protein, acetylsalicylic acid. This diversity of compounds and active ingredients in the pollen has versatile beneficial effects both on  human nutrition and healing.
