– Huang Da Cha – Pure Yellow Tea –

Huang Da Cha is the most famous of yellow teas. Produced in China – Huo Shan, Jinzai, Lu’an and Anhui provinces. It is characterized by elongated, furled, brownish-yellow leaves. It is produced using traditional processes, through which it gets a nutty taste with slight coffee or chocolate aftertastes. Taste and smell can recall roasted rice.

You can brew up to 2-3 min. in temperature around 80-85°C, then separate leaves from the infusion.
One amount of leaves can be brewed even 2 times (it’s advised to infuse a bit longer with every brew).
