– China Yunnan (OP1) Orange Pekoe – Black Tea –

Pure Chinese black tea in Orange Pekoe quality from Yunnan province in China. It’s  strong earthy flavor and rich aroma makes it ideal with milk. Excellent with a drop of honey or a splash of cream.

Brewing:
– use water just after boiling and 1 tsp of tea per cup.
– leave to infuse for 2-3 min. (stimulates),
or
– 4-5 min. (relaxes)
– separate the leaves from the infusion.
