– Sleepy Tea – Herbal Tea Blend –
A composition of herbs carefully selected to help in developing healthy sleep patterns. It not only helps you relax but also protects your nervous system, reduce stress and boosts immune system.
Composition: Lemon balm, Chamomile, Jasmine, Lavender.
Brewing:
– Use water with temperature around 95°C and 2 tsp of tea per cup
– Leave to infuse for 10 min.
– Separate the leaves from the infusion.
